Exposition

When does the Exposition take place?
The Exposition starts on September, 22 and ends on September 25, 2009

How long does the Exposition last?
The Exposition lasts 4(four)days.

At what time will the Exposition be open to the public?
The exposition will be open from midday (12) to 21pm.

What is the cost of the entrance ticket to the exposition?
The cost of the entrance ticket to the exposition is $60.- (argentinean pesos).

Are minors (under 18) allowed at the Exposition?
No. Minors, even though accompanied by an adult, ARE NOT ALLOWED at the Exposition no matter the reason or circumstance.

Seminars

Will any Conferences´ Cycle take place at the same time as the exposition?
Yes, a Conferences´ Cycle will take place at the same time as the event.

Can conferences be bought via Internet?
No.

Can the entrance cost be paid with Credit Card?
Yes. We accept American Express and Visa.

Registration

May I register now FREE OF CHARGE to the Exposition by this means?
No, online registration will be available on Monday from June 22, 2009

When does registration to the Exposition via internet close?
The Online Registration will be available until September 16th, 2009.

Do I have to pay entrance ticket if I have a SPECIAL INVITATION?
No.

At what time will registration be available?
The On-site registration (at the exposition) will be available during the 4 days the exposition will be open; from 11.45 am to 8.30pm

In case I register in advance, do they send me the credential to the domicile I state?
No, in all cases CREDENTIALS must be withdrawn at the exposition itself. In your case, registering via internet, one week prior to the beginning of the Exposition you will receive via e-mail an ID CODE, which you must carry printed in paper so that your credential is printed..

Is the SPECIAL INVITATION only valid for one person?
Yes.
Is it possible to have a photocopy of the SPECIAL INVITATION in order to give it to a colleague?
No.
Is it convenient to fill in the data of the SPECIAL INVITATION before arriving at the premises?
Yes, as you will avoid in this way queuing for long at the Registrations Area.

Where will the Exposition take place?
EXPO COMM ARGENTINA 2009 will take place at the La Rural, Predio Ferial de Buenos Aires.

Which way or street does the entrance to the Exposition stand?
The pedestrian access is by Av. Sarmiento 2704.

How can I reach the premises?
- By subway, line D, “Estación Plaza Italia”.
- By train, San Martín line “Estación Palermo”.
- Or else, its strategic location also allows you to take any of the following bus lines and reach the exposition: 10, 12, 15, 29, 36, 37, 38, 39, 41, 42, 55, 59, 60, 64, 67, 68, 93, 95, 108, 111, 118, 124, 141, 152, 160, 161 y 188.

Do the premises have accesses for handicapped people?
La Rural is the most modern conventions and expositions' premises in our country and one of the most important in Latin America, and as such, was designed and built in order that all public could make use of its facilities.

Do the premises have parking lots?
Yes. The premises have 1.500 underground parking lots, which can be accessed by Av. Sarmiento 2704 and/or by Av. Cerviño 4476.
